Research and Publications at or about NaDEET
Since our founding in 2003, the NaDEET Centre has been both the host and
subject of research projects and publications. The content of the individual publications produced at the NaDEET Centre covers a range of topics including but not limited to
biodiversity, sustainable energy, and waste management. Typically such projects are pursued as a part of a 6-month internship at NaDEET Centre, and are open exclusively to Namibian students or recent graduates. While our main partner is the
Namibia University of Science and Technology’s Nature Conservation department, we also welcome Namibian students from other institutions who are interested in environmental and conservation issues.
Disclaimer: The publications posted to our webpage as a part of this programme are student publications and NaDEET cannot vouch for the accuracy of their content.
We welcome students and researchers to conduct their research in conjunction with us as part of their undergraduate or post graduate studies. NaDEET has offered internships to international students as part of a bachelors or masters project conducted about NaDEET’s organizational or administrative approach to environmental education. We also conduct internal evaluations of our work and feature non-student publications about NaDEET.
