NaDEET offers various internship and research opportunities at our centres and through our various programmes. 

Internships

Our internship programmes are designed for recent graduates in fields of study relevant to environmental education. This includes for example degrees in nature conservation, integrated environmental sciences and environmental biology. The internship programme is practical and work based. It runs for approximately 5 months and aims to give young people skills in teaching, sustainability practices, environmental auditing as well as many soft skills. Internships have been a integral part of the NaDEET approach since the beginning and we are proud that many of our past interns have successful careers in environmental conservation.

Research

We welcome students and researchers to conduct their research in conjunction with us as part of their undergraduate or post graduate studies. NaDEET has offered internships to international students as part of a bachelors or masters project conducted about NaDEET’s organizational or administrative approach to environmental education. We also conduct internal evaluations of our work and feature non-student publications about NaDEET.
