The Teach for ESD Toolkit is a teacher educational resource pack for professional development. The aim of the toolkit is to bring together the wide-range of existing resources in an easy to access format. Divided into three sections, it first provides an overview of environmental issues and thereafter gives an overview to Education for Sustainable Development. The third section is focussed on practical action teachers can take at their schools. This section entitled, Let's Get Practical, includes ten different action areas ranging from classroom activities to taking an environmental tour. The toolkit forms the basis for NaDEET's Teach for ESD programme. The revised Teach for ESD Toolkit (2024) is available to download in PDF format below for educational use.

Within each guide, there is an extensive resource list with links (where available) to excellent environmental education resources carefully chosen to provide in-depth understanding of the various topics.
