Our Theory of Change

Our Theory of Change is a mapping tool that outlines our vision for change, to help us understand what we must do to create that change through action, while ensuring we can measure our progress and practice good planning based on assumptions that can be made. While it provides us with a tool to plan and evaluate our own work, it also provides us with a concise way to share our vision and engage the local and global communities in our work.

Our Strategic Plan 

NaDEET’s strategic plan outlines our organisational goals set for 2019 to 2023. Despite the incredible challenges faced during this time due to COVID-19, NaDEET has been successful in the implementation of programmes aligned with these goals.
