NaDEET Shares Renewable Energy Skills at Rural Women Conference

Held under the theme of “Renewable Energy, Agriculture and Environment for Rural Communities”, NaDEET took the opportunity to promote the efficient use of clean & renewable energy to women from northern Namibia. NaDEET staff exhibited the use of solar ovens and fuel-efficient stoves, as well as, other sustainability practices. Delegates were also involved in hands-on making of recycled fireballs and solar cooking. NaDEET gave away one fuel-efficient stove to one lucky delegate.
